Everything comes full circle.

Marketing + Communications is a cyclical process; we must constantly test and learn; history can tend to repeat itself if we don’t pay attention and are willing to flex and grow.

OUR STORY

This field is constantly adapting/changing, and brands must be ready to adapt to changes as they come. But oftentimes, resources or staff support are limited.

That’s where I come in.

With seven years of academic background in marketing and more than 15 years of professional experience, I have seen firsthand the power in marrying new trends and channels with a traditional and proven model.

My approach in supporting clients is indeed full circle. I will be with you every step of the way, identifying gaps and opportunities through research, informing strategic planning, executing recommendations, and tracking KPIs and measurable outcomes.

There’s a reason why I say Marketing + Communications. The two go hand in hand, and I will be there to support you every step of the way.

Over the years, I have become a subject matter expert in marketing + communications strategies specific to different industries. It’s time to leverage this lack of learning curve.

Sarah Schwering, CEO

It has been my lifelong dream to start my own company, bridging my experience in both agency and corporate settings. I am well versed in both sides of the house. To my agency friends, I’ve been there, and I understand the power of client relationships and how much of our work is about trust and partnership. And to my corporate friends, understanding and communicating brand value and growing equity is what I do best.

I’m a lifelong Washingtonian, having spent more than half my life in the Spokane area. I know this region, its leading industries, and market demands. I’ve been honored to serve on dozens of boards over the years, supporting non-profits, higher educational institutions, community-based organizations, and more. I’m so proud of the network that I’ve built and continue to grow.

I was so blessed to attend Gonzaga University twice, first receiving by Bachelor’s in Business Administration in Marketing, HR, and Entrepreneurial Leadership, and second receiving my MBA in Marketing. As a double alumnae, Bulldog pride runs deep in this house. I was blessed to be an adjunct professor for years teaching Communications, Business Statistics, and now Generational Marketing Theories and Practices. Fun Fact: I co-authored a Business Statistics textbook (that definitely made the Christmas newsletter that year).

Professionally, I worked with the incredible team at DH for years, growing my communications expertise in learning by doing. Most recently, I was Gonzaga University’s Senior Director of Marketing & Communications, serving an institution that I hold so dear and working with some of the most fantastic human beings you’ll ever meet.

Most importantly, I am a proud wife, and blessed mama to two amazing young men, John and Paul. For those wondering, yes, they were named after both Saints and Beatles. And no, we don’t have a Ringo.
